a lot of big events were cancelled in the last days due to the COVID-10 outbreak. The organizing team met yesterday to discuss how we should react on the corona virus. We discussed the option to postpone the exercise to 2021. Since it is yet not clear how the situation evolves and the WHO continues to advise against the application of travel or trade restrictions to countries experiencing COVID-19 outbreaks we decided to continue planning the exercise in August/September 2020. We will continuously assess the situation and keep you informed and we set 15. May as a deadline to decide how to proceed. We hope you agree with this procedure.

Most of you should have received a sensor specific email asking for the specification of the instruments you are planning to bring. Please send the questionnaire back as soon as possible. We need this information to proceed with planning the logistics.
